1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Metaverso Educacional platform ("Platform"), including the Dashboard and the Teaching Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. For users under 18 years of age, acceptance must be performed by the legal guardian (parent or tutor).
2. Platform Description
Metaverso Educacional is an educational platform focused on teaching robotics for all ages, consisting of:
- Teaching Platform: learning environment with virtual lab accessible to students.
- Dashboard: management panel with specific functionalities per user profile.
3. User Profiles and Permissions
3.1 Student
- Free access to the virtual lab.
- View own progress.
- Communication via chat exclusively with teachers.
3.2 Teacher
- Edit and manage linked student data.
- View student progress.
- Generate performance reports.
- Communication via chat exclusively with students.
3.3 Institution
- All Teacher profile permissions.
- Manage multiple linked schools.
- Create and revoke teacher access.
- Administer the institution's organizational structure.
3.4 Parent/Guardian
- View linked children's progress.
- Parental control features.
- The guardian does not have access to the platform chat.
4. Registration and Account
- Registration requires true, complete and up-to-date information.
- Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials.
- Minor student accounts must be created or authorized by the legal guardian.
- The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Chat Usage Rules
The Platform chat works exclusively in the following directions: Teacher to Student and Student to Teacher.
Communication between students (student to student) is not permitted.
The Platform may take action if violations are identified in messages, including warning, suspension or chat blocking.
The parent or guardian, through the Parental account, has full access to the message content exchanged by the linked student, and may review all conversations at any time.
6. Virtual Lab
- The virtual lab is provided to students as a learning tool.
- Students can freely access the lab within their plan or institution limits.
- Using the virtual lab for non-educational purposes is prohibited.
- The Platform is not responsible for progress loss due to technical failures on the user's device.
7. Support
- The Platform offers technical support through the Dashboard.
- Support is available to all user profiles.
- Response time may vary depending on request complexity and contracted plan.
8. User Conduct
By using the Platform, the user agrees NOT to:
- Share access credentials with third parties.
- Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Send offensive, discriminatory, abusive or illegal content through chat or any other channel.
- Attempt to access other users' data or features without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the Platform's source code.
- Interfere with the Platform's or its servers' operation.
- Collect other users' data without consent.
9. Intellectual Property
- All Platform content (texts, images, videos, software, virtual lab, educational materials) is owned by or licensed to Metaverso Educacional.
- Using the Platform does not grant the user any ownership rights over the content.
- Reproduction, distribution or modification of content without prior express authorization is prohibited.
10. Responsibilities and Limitations
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".
Metaverso Educacional strives to keep the Platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Platform is not responsible for:
- Educational decisions made based on generated reports.
- Interruptions caused by factors beyond its control.
- Improper use of the Platform by the user.
11. Protection of Minors
The Platform adopts special measures for the protection of minors:
- Chat restricted exclusively to teacher-student communication.
- AI monitoring of all interactions.
- Parental control available for parents and guardians.
- Prohibition of excessive data collection from minors.
Parents and guardians may request at any time the review, correction or deletion of their children's data.
12. Suspension and Termination
The Platform may suspend or terminate user access in case of:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Conduct that puts other users at risk.
- Prolonged inactivity, per current policy.
- Request from the user or legal guardian.
In case of termination, the user may request data export as per the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to the Terms
Metaverso Educacional may update these Terms at any time.
Significant changes will be communicated through the Platform with a minimum of 30 days' notice.
Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Applicable Legislation
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular: the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA), the Internet Civil Framework, and the Consumer Defense Code.
